First and last time staying there. Black lady at front desk very rude not professional you feel that you are bothering her and talking to you like she doesn't care. Surprised to have a person at front desk for a 4 stars hotel. Room need update old furnitures

The room was clean, staff helpful, and our stay was comfortable. We’d highly recommend staying here. Easy access to The Fillmore as well if you’re going for a show.

The lobby of it was literally so hot and miserable! You would think they would have the ac on in the middle of the summer but it didn’t feel like it. Then right before check out time I went to take bags to the car and literally NONE of the elevators worked. GOOD THING WAS THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM
